2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payments By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept payment methods available at checkout. All prices are listed in NPR (Nepalese Rupee) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Delivery We deliver within Nepal. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations & Refunds Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may be provided as store credit.

6. Custom Orders Custom cake orders require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the order date.

7. Limitation of Liability Chandra Cake Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
